REPETITION IS THE MOTHER
OF ALL LEARNING
At EASA, providing opportunities to players is the core foundation of our philosophy and to directly correlate our professional and collegiate network, our player development structure plays an essential role in defining our athlete’s success on and off the field. The type of players that we sign on through our scouting process are of an elite level – demonstrating profound technical and athletic ability, tactical awareness, and a mature and driven personality to succeed.
The EASA Academy initiative began in 2018 through our Co-Founder/Technical Director Nathan Paull with a purpose to provide individual training programs tailored specifically to prepare and develop players seeking to play soccer at the collegiate and/or professional level. The EASA Academy is the first of its kind and our uniquely designed training programs provide our players the opportunity to be directly monitored by former college soccer players, scouts, and agents who are knowledgeable in analysing potential talented players to play at the next level.
This program is best suited for those seeking introductory training
EASA’s Novice Training Program is designed for players who have no experience with structured individual training. This program will teach you the fundamentals of soccer training and how a training cycle should be structured.
Our Novice Program explores the essential movement patterns through isolated drills, which is essential for the Intermediate and Advanced Programs.
This 4-week cycle will cover the core phases of technical development. A novice pre and post phase testing component will be included to ensure visual and physical improvements are made throughout the four weeks.
- 4-weeks of detailed training sessions
- 24/7 email support
A SNIPPET OF WHAT TO EXPECT
HOW DO OUR STUDENT-ATHLETES ACCURATELY TRACK THEIR PERFORMANCE?
EASA utilises the PLAYR GPS Football tracker to help players monitor performance, analyze game breakdowns, and train smarter.
The idea is to be on the field with minimal interruption whilst athletes perform at their best. We want to ensure that field play is traversed with maintaining physical health and game performance. EASA believes in monitoring player stability, recovery, and state of mind all through personalised virtual sports science. The future of soccer is in machines that grant athletes the opportunity to remain in the game with no interruptions, and to be able to critically enhance their play afterwards through machine learning.
